- Represent prime investor to a borrower or vice versa
- Work as a marketing agent, or broker for investors or borrowers;
- Coordinate prime investor to the borrower;
- Develop a detailed business plan for investors
- Perform required due diligence for the whole investment process, preparing all relevant documents needed;
- Management participation on behalf of the prime investor or borrower during the investment period.
