INVESTMENT SECTOR
     For investment and financial activities, TYCHE TRADES AND INVEST follows international procedures considering the involved investors, their agents, brokers, banks, financial institutions as well finance borrowers’ interests. For joint venture projects, a joint management of project activities should be formed from the day of funding the project. This will help monitor the financial activities to achieve the ultimate revenue from the project, which will result in the timely repayment of loans following a schedule agreed upon before disbursing the funds.
     TYCHE TRADES AND INVEST offers the following services for investment:

1. Represent prime investor to a borrower or vice versa
2. Work as a marketing agent, or broker for investors or borrowers;
3. Coordinate prime investor to the borrower;
4. Develop a detailed business plan for investors
5. Perform required due diligence for the whole investment process, preparing all relevant documents needed;
6. Management participation on behalf of the prime investor or borrower during the investment period.

     We are interested in arranging investment in the following sectors, which are our priority sectors, we can also consider other sectors (metal, chemical, fertilizer, cement, service) depending on the amount and types/method of investment required:

• Agriculture and Production Sector: Agriculture (wheat, corn, edible oil, sugar, etc.) products and processing industries, Fruits products and processing, Cattle, poultry products and feed production, etc.
• Fishery, Hatchery and Production Sector: Fish production and processing sector.
• Real State and Construction Sector: Land Development, Hotel, Motel, Residential Complex, Shopping Centres, Malls, Market, Commercial Building, Clinic, and Hospitals.
• Manufacturing Industry Sector: Garments, Metal and Plastic items, other

Types of Project Financing and Investment

     Our methods of project finance and investment are the following:

1. Collateral funding – securing a loan or credit by offering assets or property as security.
2. Debt-financing – borrowing funds for a project (taking on debt) to be repaid with interest.
3. Joint venture – funding for partnership in the project, with joint management.
4. Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) – a loan given against a guarantee issued by a bank for payment to the investor by the borrower.

Investment Amount:
     We consider small and medium size projects with funding requirement of USD 100 thousands to 150 million. For larger amount, more paper work and time are required for documentation and processing. While for larger amount investment required projects we can also consider.
Investment Period:
     We prefer investment period of 5 to 15 years depends on investment types and amount, while other investment period can also be considered following project financial criteria.

Procedures and requirements for Project Financing and Investment

Stage 1. Pre-financing activities
     To be considered for investment or financing a project, it is necessary to preliminarily inform us of the summary of the project with the following information:

1. Name of Company and location require investment and financing for project
2. A Business Plan with Summary of Economic and Financial Criteria For 10 Years.
3. Preferably Operational for the last 3 years, financing required for increasing production capacity, infrastructure, extension, or marketing activities.
4. High Annual IRR (Internal Rate of Return) on Investments.
5. High Annual EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization).
6. Net Present Value (NPV) of The Company.
7. Positive Environmental and Ecological Impact.

     After receiving this information, we will inform with possible financing in the projects and conditions.

Stage 2. Financing activities

1. Detail business plan from project owner for project financing
2. Approach potential investors for the project type
3. Negotiation on conditions and contract with investors and borrowers
4. Documentation and process
5. Processing and fund transaction, fund transfer to borrowers

Stage 3. Post-Financing activities

1. Monitor the project activities
2. Complete the part of project required to generating full revenue and utilizing working capital
3. Repayment of the loan following a schedule
